In accordance with the most recent Covid-19 recommendations outlined by Cal/OSHA and the CDC, our policy starting on June 21st will allow clients into the lobby and in rooms for scheduled appointments within the following parameters - 


  • If you are unvaccinated, please practice social distancing AND ensure you are wearing a properly fitted mask that covers your nose and mouth for the duration of your visit within the building. 


  • Those that are vaccinated are not required to wear a mask - employees and clients alike. 


  • We will continue to be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and allow one client per room during the visit with the exception of euthanasias, in which case two people may accompany the pet. If you do not wish to be present during the exam, we can conduct the exam curbside as we’ve been doing. 


  • For tech visits, these will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (appointments available M-F between the hours of 9am-11:30a and 2:30p-5p). No walk-in tech services will be honored; please make an appointment by calling 619-449-3500. 

    • For pedicures, please schedule an appointment with Cat & Doggie Works next door. 


  • If you are picking up meds or food, please call ahead at least one hour in advance to have the item(s) ready. We will bring your order out to you upon your arrival in the designated spaces.

    • You may prepay when placing your order to expedite the pick up process - please ask the receptionist.


Unfortunately, we are not able to offer services to new clients at this time in order to best serve the needs of our current clients and their pets. Though we anticipate this to be temporary, we don’t yet have a projected date of when we will be able to accommodate new clientele. If you are new to us and in need of veterinary services, please don’t hesitate to contact our office so that we may provide you with options to other clinics local to us that come highly recommended
